How to buy our products
1. You can purchase over $100 on the website, and we will deliver the goods to you via express after payment (the customer is responsible for the cost )
or
2. You can purchase over $100 on the website, and after payment, you can make an appointment for delivery at MTR stations via email or WhatsApp (applicable to Tseung Kwan O, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, and Island Line ). The delivery time is from Monday to Friday at 10 am Until 7 pm
3. If the purchase is less than $100 or you want to arrange to pick up at the store, you can make an appointment about the pick-up date and time.
Due to the epidemic situation, the following settlement arrangements will be made starting from August 10th:
1. Free shipping for orders over $400 (pickup at Zhongtong Smart Cabinet or designated post office) *Except outlying islands
2. If the order is over $100, but less than $400, you can add $10 as a paid fee to the Zhongtong Smart Cabinet or designated post office for pickup *Except for the outlying island
3. If the order is over $100, it can be delivered to the exit gate of the MTR station (Kwun Tong Line, Tseung Kwan O Line, Tsuen Wan Line, or Island Line)
If you need to send the goods, you can use transfer/Payme or Hong Kong Alipay to settle the payment. After we receive the payment, we will send it out within 1 to 2 working days.
Online shopping process
1. Browse the product catalog, select the product and quantity you want to buy, and click "Add to Cart"
2. Go to "My Shopping Cart" to check the quantity of items, and click "Checkout" after confirming the information
3. Fill in the delivery information
4. Choose the payment method, we settle in Hong Kong dollars
5. After verifying all the information, and completing the shopping (choose to pay online will be transferred to the Paypal payment system)
6. Use WhatsApp or email to buygoods2@yahoo.com.hk to notify the delivery method (Express service or MTR delivery (only applicable to Tseung Kwan O, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, and Island Line))
7. After confirming that the payment has been made, the company will ship the goods as soon as possible, and will also notify by WhatsApp or email
About order
If the product is not in stock, the member can purchase it by ordering (if the product needs to be ordered, it will be clearly marked in the shopping cart and order). The ordering time generally takes 2 to 3 weeks. If the order contains items to be ordered, The goods will not be shipped until all the goods are ready

Shopping terms
After successful payment, the member will receive Buygood2 confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is confirmed, no refund will be given.
Buygood2 will try its best to ensure that there is enough inventory supply. If the goods are sold out, Buygood2 will contact the member to make another arrangement.
If the member finds that the product has an expiration problem (other reasons for return, Buygood2 will not be accepted), you can notify the company within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to arrange a replacement (if the returned product has been opened or has any defect or expired return, Buygood2 reserves the right not to entertain.)
